The home inspection industry has grown substantially in the last ten years. As a result of that growth, many unscrupulous inspectors have sprung up and are doing the public a disservice with their quick and cheap inspections. How is a real estate professional suppose to know who they can turn to when a quality inspection is required? Lets face it, shouldn't you require a quality inspection every time?
SWASHI, the Southwest Florida Chapter of The American Society of Home Inspectors has some of the best inspectors in the industry. An ASHI® Member has high standards of practice and a rigid testing and monitoring system in place. Once a member, continuing education is a requirement of maintaining membership. Ethical conduct is a must and is highly stressed.
